主要工作：Job Responsibilities1. Create vendor master data in SAPSAP供應商主數據建立和維護2. Material invoice auditing in Xpert and AP booking through interface ZAK Xpert材料發(fā)票稽核，應付ZAK 過賬3. Difference check between Xpert PO price and invoice valueXpert采購價格與發(fā)票價格差異檢查4. AP balance checking ending of period, AK group reconciliation期末應付余額核查及集團對帳5. Payment run ,book and clearing應付到期付款運行,記賬與清賬6. AP invoice match with Custom records應付發(fā)票匹配報關單；7. MRO expesnes postingMRO費用入賬8. Personnel expesne reimbursement posting個人報銷入賬9. Department daily activities, paper working and doc. archive部門日常事務，文件工作和文件存檔Periodic report 定期報告1. Monthly material goods receipt cost list 每月材料入庫成本清單2. Rolling GR/IR without invoice list材料已入庫無發(fā)票滾動清單3. AP balance and structure analysis report 應付帳款余額和結構分析分析表4. AP aging report 應付賬齡5. AP balance match with Custom records. 應付余額匹配報關單清單Job Requirements1. College degree or above, major in accounting or relevant discipline.2. Relevant 2+ years experiences on accounting. Knowledge and experience in MS-Office software, SAP3. Honesty, reliable and trustworthy, ability to work effectively under pressure4. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Fast learning and understanding
