英普瑞格集團創(chuàng)建于1999年，致力于管道修復產品的制造及銷售, 是世界利用非開挖紫外線固化技術進行管道修復的先行者和領導者。英普瑞格管道修復技術蘇州有限公司成立于2015年初，目前有70名員工，總占地面積約1萬平方米。公司位于江蘇省太倉市經濟開發(fā)區(qū)，與上海嘉定區(qū)僅一河之隔，動車至上海虹橋僅需半小時。

公司產品主要服務非開挖市場，使用紫外線固化修復工藝。嚴格意義上的不用一鍬土，快速，便捷，環(huán)保節(jié)能， 針對典型的一段200米長的排水管道修復，僅需要3個小時固化就可以完工。此項非開挖紫外固化工藝代表了國際最新科技，是未來排水管道的修復技術的趨勢和走向。

主要工作：1.積極主動對生產現場及原料進行質檢，及時匯報并記錄質量問題 Actively inspect the production process and raw materials, report and record the quality problems in time 2.進行原材料及產品檢測及評估并識別原材料及產品缺陷或潛在問題，決定如何解決問題 Conduct product test and assessment, Identify product defects or potential issues and determining what to do to resolve the issue 3.通過填寫報告和日志記錄, 記錄檢驗結果;總結生產異常形成周報;將數據輸入質量數據庫 Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing unusual production and prepare quality weekly report; inputting data into quality database sheet. 4.按照操作說明正確操作測量儀器;并能按照要求進行日常維護 Operate lab instruments correctly by following operating instructions; and conduct daily maintenance jobs. 5.按照要求安全使用電動切割工具制作力學性能測試樣塊并測試 Ability to cut and make samples using power tools safely as required and then test them. 6.按照標準及程序維持安全及健康的工作環(huán)境;遵守法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定 Maintains safety and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal law or relevant regulations. 7.支持ISO9001質量管理體系的相關事宜 Support related matters of ISO9001 quality management system 8.支持采購部門進行本地化開發(fā),對樣本進行檢測并提供分析報告 Support purchase department to conduct localization development 9.積極配合并完成上級主管安排的其他相關工作事宜 Actively support and complete relevant jobs and or tasks assigned by line manager or above. 崗位要求Requirements： 1.大專以上學歷，化工專業(yè)，兩年以上實驗室檢測、現場品控相關工作經驗 College degree or above, chemical background, two years working experience in laboratory testing and on line quality control. 2.熟悉物性實驗室相關測試儀器的使用（如粘度儀、卡尺、測厚儀等），維護及校正工作 Familiar with the use of physical lab relevant test instruments (such as viscosity meter, caliper, thickness gauge), maintenance and calibration work 3.了解一定的質量管理工具及分析方法 Understand certain quality management tools and analytical methods 4.較好的溝通能力并具備一定的抗壓能力 Good communication skill and be able to work under pressure 5.關注細節(jié)，品格誠實，細心嚴謹，積極主動，勇于承擔責任 Attention to detail, honest character, careful and rigorous, proactive, the courage to take responsibility 6.熟練操作計算機辦公軟件（如excel, word, power point）,會編寫檢查報告 Proficient in the operation of computer Office software (such as Excel, Word, Power point), can write inspection reports 7.基礎書面英文 Basic English in written 8.團隊合作精神 Good team spirit 9.獨立工作能力 Ability to work independent
