| 工作描述： |
- Technical support and training for domestic and foreign customers; 為國內(nèi)外客戶提供技術支持及培訓； - Responsible for coordinating and improving the quality problem; 負責協(xié)調(diào)并推進質(zhì)量缺陷的改善； - Set up and keep effective communication with headquarters; 與德國總部保持有效溝通； - Maintain good cooperation with various departments within the company; 與公司內(nèi)部各部門保持良好的合作； - Improve warranty procedures & claim management system，implement them within the organization; 完善索賠保修管理程序，并確保其在組織內(nèi)部的實施； - Enable a database service, improve the service system; 啟用售后服務數(shù)據(jù)庫，完善售后服務體系； - Responsible for service department data base and Baan system operation and maintenance; 負責售后部門數(shù)據(jù)庫及Baan系統(tǒng)的操作和維護； - Coordinate after-sales technican daily scheduling; 協(xié)調(diào)售后服務專員的日常調(diào)度； - Create and maintain spare parts lists, maintain after sales tools; 創(chuàng)建和維護備件清單，售后工具的維護； - Write service reports ; 提交售后服務報告； - Complete other jobs ordered . 完成上級交辦的其他工作。 * 本崗位出差頻率較低。 |

- Good ability to communicate in Chinese and English; 具有良好的中英溝通、表達能力； - Bachlor or above, major in professional for mechanical engineering, electric mechanical engineering, etc; 本科及以上學歷，具有機械或電氣工程等理工科專業(yè)背景者為佳； - 4 year industrial working experience and management experience; 4年以上工作經(jīng)驗且有管理經(jīng)驗； - Independent ability of analysing and problem-solving; 具有獨立的分析和解決問題的能力； - Familiar with office software; 熟練使用辦公軟件； - Dedication to the job, proactive in work; 具有敬業(yè)精神，工作積極主動； - Honest, self-confident; optimistic; working enthusiastically; 坦誠自信，樂觀進取，有高度的工作熱情； - Good team-work spirit; 有良好的團隊合作精神； - Good communication skills and convincing, be able to work under pressure; 良好的溝通技巧和說服能力，能承受較大的工作壓力。 Please offer your Chinese-English resume. |
