About the job: 1. To prepare necessary quality control documents according to drawing, regulation/standards, customers’ requirements, Quality system document such as QP, Inspection related ETS/SOP ,check list, inspection and testing plan , etc. and train all related people then follow/monitor its implementation, to make sure that all customers’ viewpoints be taken into account at all the stages of execution of order，the inspection/test work can be done properly with efficiency, miss inspection and client complain risk low. 根據(jù)圖紙、規(guī)范/標準、客戶要求、質(zhì)保體系文件編制必要的質(zhì)量控制文件及質(zhì)保體系文件，如流程， 檢驗測試相關的ETS/SOP，檢查表、檢驗試驗計劃等且對相關人員進行培訓后跟蹤監(jiān)視其執(zhí)行，確保客戶的所有要求在整個訂單階段都有考慮到,確保檢驗及測試工作能精準且快速高效進行，漏檢幾率低，客戶投訴幾率低 2. Plan and prepare or optimize the control system documents for the pump(especially for incoming parts), including QP/ETS/SOP, ITP/QCP when necessary and follow Inspector to realize 策劃編制或者優(yōu)化泵相關的控制體系(尤其是泵來料相關)，包括 QP/ETS/SOP，檢驗試驗計劃或者質(zhì)量控制計劃,并監(jiān)督跟蹤檢驗員落實 3. Recognize new products or new process new risk and prepare/update the necessary quality control/assurance procedure 識別新產(chǎn)品新工藝 新的風險編制/更新必要的質(zhì)量控制程序文件以增強質(zhì)量把控水平 4. To provide necessary training to inspectors or relevant operators according to new built document or for new type of products of the company 依據(jù)編制的新文件或者公司引入的新產(chǎn)品對檢驗員或相關操作人員進行必要的培訓 5. To coordinate the inspection of customer or third party, make sure the customer satisfaction 客戶或第三方檢驗的協(xié)調(diào)溝通，確保客戶滿意 6. Integrate incoming inspection information and Leading supplier quality control and improvement, including plan the supplier quality control scheme 整合來料檢信息策略性驅(qū)動供應商改進，包括策劃供應商的控制方案 7.Assist Quality manager to develop, maintain and implement quality and other related management system 協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理建立、維護和實施質(zhì)量管理體系 8. To assist Quality Manager in quality system or other system audit(like AEO, CCS, DNV and other Classification Society) and manufacturing license application/renewal 協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理進行質(zhì)量及其它等相關體系審核(如AEO高級海關認證, CCS/DNV的船級社相關的)及制造許可證的申領及換證 9. Support inspector for inspection when needed 必要時支持檢驗員檢驗工作 Must必備技能 1.Be familiar with mechanical products inspection ,test and inspection instruments using 熟悉機械產(chǎn)品的檢驗試驗及檢驗試驗工具的使用 2. ISO9000 quality system management experience. IS09001質(zhì)量體系管理經(jīng)驗 3. Ability to read fabrication and assembly drawings，drafting with CAD will be priority 有機械產(chǎn)品讀圖能力，能操作CAD 制圖優(yōu)先 4. Good computer skill , such as Word, Excel, PPT， etc 熟練運用Micro-office（Word，Excel）辦公軟件 5. Good English reading and writing skill，and usable oral English 良好的英文讀寫能力,口語可用 6. Good written & spoken communication skill and teamwork spirit 良好的書面及口頭溝通能力及團隊合作精神 7. ISO9000 quality system management experience and quality management tools IS09000 質(zhì)量體系管理經(jīng)驗及質(zhì)量管理工具 |
