1.戰(zhàn)略與體系規(guī)劃 | Strategic Planning & System Development 根據(jù)集團(tuán)整體戰(zhàn)略,制定并實(shí)施公司采購(gòu)策略,以支持業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)與利潤(rùn)目標(biāo)。 建立并持續(xù)優(yōu)化供應(yīng)商開發(fā)、選擇、評(píng)估、分級(jí)與管理體系,發(fā)展核心戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴。 主導(dǎo)并推進(jìn)零部件本地化戰(zhàn)略。 Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with global objectives to support OTC revenue and profitability goals. Establish and continuously optimize the supplier development, selection, evaluation, grading, and management system to foster strategic partnerships. Initiate and drive localization of components. 2.執(zhí)行管理 | Execution Management 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成公司采購(gòu)工作事宜,管理從尋源、談判到交付的端到端流程。 主導(dǎo)重要合同與價(jià)格談判,優(yōu)化采購(gòu)成本。 Lead the team in executing end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing and negotiation to delivery. Lead critical contract and price negotiations to optimize procurement costs and total cost of ownership. 3.供應(yīng)商與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控 | Supplier & Risk Management 主導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商開發(fā)與全生命周期績(jī)效管理。 全面管理外購(gòu)件的質(zhì)量、成本與交付表現(xiàn),系統(tǒng)管控供應(yīng)鏈在質(zhì)量、交期、成本及合規(guī)方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并制定相應(yīng)應(yīng)急預(yù)案。了解全球供應(yīng)鏈標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及本地法規(guī)要求。 Oversee supplier development and manage supplier performance throughout the entire lifecycle. Taking ownership for quality, costs and delivery of purchased parts, identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks (quality, delivery, cost, compliance) and develop contingency plans. Compliance & Risk Awareness: Understanding of global supply chain standards and local regulatory requirements. 4.跨部門協(xié)同與流程優(yōu)化 | Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement 協(xié)同橫向部門,支持新產(chǎn)品新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)。 優(yōu)化采購(gòu)流程與制度,負(fù)責(zé)采購(gòu)部門報(bào)告與分析,驅(qū)動(dòng)持續(xù)改進(jìn)。 支持集團(tuán)全球其他工廠處理與中國(guó)供應(yīng)商相關(guān)的議題。 Collaborate with other departments to support new product/project introduction. Optimize procurement procedures, and be responsible for departmental reporting and analysis to drive continuous improvement. Support China-based supplier topics for other Oechsler locations. 5.團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)與管理 | Team Leadership & Development 負(fù)責(zé)采購(gòu)部門的組織規(guī)劃、預(yù)算與人員配置。搭建并培養(yǎng)高效團(tuán)隊(duì),進(jìn)行績(jī)效管理與專業(yè)能力發(fā)展。 Responsible for departmental organization planning, budgeting, and staffing. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, focusing on performance management and professional development. 6.上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它合理性工作。 Performs other reasonable tasks as assigned by senior management. |

1.大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷;理工科或者供應(yīng)鏈管理專業(yè)優(yōu)先;熟練運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行商務(wù)溝通; University degree or higher; majored in technical or business administration is preferred; Fluent in business English (speaking & writing); 2.了解信息安全、環(huán)保、職業(yè)健康安全、兩化融合、AEO企業(yè)認(rèn)證、CSR企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任、企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)等管理體系的基本要求; Understand the basic requirements of information security, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, integration of the two,AEO, CSR corporate social responsibility, corporate intellectual property and other management systems; 至少8年制造業(yè)采購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中至少3年擔(dān)任采購(gòu)部門管理職務(wù),具有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role leading a purchasing team. 具備金屬?zèng)_壓、自動(dòng)化設(shè)備、表面裝飾處理、直流電機(jī)(有刷和無刷)、電子元件等領(lǐng)域合同制造商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 Solid experience in Contract Manufacturing related to metal stamping, automation equipment, surface decoration treatment, machining components, DC motors (brush & brushless), electronic and etc… is highly preferred." 專業(yè)技能 | Hard Skills: 在供應(yīng)商關(guān)系管理、尋源、質(zhì)量管理及采購(gòu)流程方面擁有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 Strategic & Operational Purchasing: Proven experience in managing supplier relationships,sourcing, supplier quality matters and procurement processes 合同與價(jià)格談判:擅長(zhǎng)與本地供應(yīng)商就條款與價(jià)格進(jìn)行談判。 Contract & Price Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating terms and pricing with local suppliers.
