Mission 任務(wù) To organize and distribute work among the members of a production team consisting of several workers in order to reach established production and quality targets. 管理生產(chǎn)車間和操作工，操作工之間工作分配，保證生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。 Main responsibilities 職責(zé) To train new workers in practice and theory. 在理論和實踐方面培訓(xùn)新工人 To supervise the work of his/her team, providing the instructions required to correct any possible deviations.管理指導(dǎo)車間員工，及時糾正可能發(fā)生的錯誤。 To perform specific production line tasks. 更進(jìn)具體生產(chǎn)線任務(wù) To fill in documents and forms concerning production, quality, presence, etc.填寫生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量的相關(guān)表格 To make sure that the expected quality standards are achieved for processes and products. 確保實現(xiàn)過程和產(chǎn)品目標(biāo) Required education College degree above, major in mechanical, or related engineering. 大專以上學(xué)歷，機械或工程相關(guān)專業(yè) Required experience 4 years above in production positions. Be familiar with auto components manufactory process of assembly. Experience of injection and painting is preferred. 四年以上汽車配件行業(yè)生產(chǎn)工作經(jīng)驗。熟悉裝配工藝。有注塑和噴涂經(jīng)驗者尤佳。 Required language Good command of both English and Mandarin 良好的中英文交流能力 |
