| 工作描述： |
1.Responsible to gather all necessary technical information from Sales Dept or Project Dept.負責(zé)從銷售部或項目部獲取盡可能全面的所有必須技術(shù)信息。 2.Prepare design proposal with lay-out plan, elevation drawings and section drawings. Prepare detail design and bill of quantity.準(zhǔn)備項目的設(shè)計平面圖、立體圖及剖面圖制作的設(shè)計方案；準(zhǔn)備深化圖紙和材料清單。 3.Provide required technical tender documents such as system instruction, performance data, products certificate etc.提供必需的技術(shù)標(biāo)書文件，如系統(tǒng)說明，性能參數(shù)及質(zhì)量證書等； 4.Explanation of design proposal.負責(zé)解釋設(shè)計方案； 5.Complete drawings, and Bill of quantity 完成圖紙及材料清單； 6.Perform on-site measurements and support when necessary.對有必要的，執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場測量及技術(shù)支持工作。 7.Cooperated with Technical Application Dep. to make sure new design or non-standard system is workable.與技術(shù)應(yīng)用部門合作并確認新的設(shè)計或非標(biāo)系統(tǒng)切實可行。 8.Explain non-standard system to Price Estimator if necessary. 如有必要，向報價人員解釋非標(biāo)系統(tǒng)。 9.Provide the manufacturing drawings to production for non-standard systems向生產(chǎn)部提供非標(biāo)系統(tǒng)的加工圖紙。 10.In charge of all drawing up-dates, filing of drawings and related technical documentation.負責(zé)所有圖紙的更新，并將圖紙及相關(guān)技術(shù)文件整理歸檔。 11.Other work assigned by Manager.經(jīng)理分配的其他工作。 |

1.College or above degree in Architecture, Civil & Structure Engineering, Internal Decoration Design or equivalent etc, and holder of internal Decoration designer professional title are preferred.建筑，土木工程，內(nèi)部裝潢設(shè)計等大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷，有內(nèi)部裝潢設(shè)計專業(yè)資格更佳。 2.Good technical understanding.優(yōu)秀的技術(shù)理解力。 3.At least 3 years experience in construction building interior design, 至少有3年以上建筑物內(nèi)部設(shè)計經(jīng)驗。 4.Proactive, responsible, good work management skill and can work independently.積極主動有責(zé)任心、良好的工作管理及獨立工作能力； 5.Good communication and coordination skills, A good team player.良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，及團隊協(xié)作能力； 6.Good at both written and spoken English. German is a plus.英文聽說讀寫熟練，會德語者優(yōu)先考慮； 7.Professional in CAD專業(yè)的CAD技能 8.Be available for business trips if required for the projects.能因項目需要，適應(yīng)出差安排。 |
