| 工作描述： |
? Provide technical support for daily equipment operation problems and solve the failures. Make statistics and analysis on the cause of equipment failure, and set up the corresponding corrective measures to reduce the failure rate of equipment; Improve equipment maintenance quality and reduce equipment maintenance cost. 1.對日常設(shè)備運(yùn)行中存在的問題提供技術(shù)支持,解決設(shè)備故障。對設(shè)備故障的原因進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析，提出相應(yīng)的糾正措施，降低設(shè)備的故障率；提高設(shè)備維修質(zhì)量、降低設(shè)備維修成本。 ?Set up the safety operation procedures for the managed facilities; Make maintenance technical plan of managed facilities, set up pre-repair plan of managed equipment and facilities, spare parts store-plan; Set up the update plan and scheme of the equipment and facilities. 2.制定所管理設(shè)施安全操作規(guī)程；制定所管理設(shè)施維修技術(shù)方案，提出所管理設(shè)備設(shè)施預(yù)修理計(jì)劃，備品備件計(jì)劃；提出所管理設(shè)備設(shè)施改造任務(wù)更新（升級）計(jì)劃及方案。 .To be responsible for the establishment of technical standards and parameters for the operation equipment. Set up the daily maintenance and inspection plan of the managed equipment and facilities. 3.負(fù)責(zé)制定責(zé)任區(qū)域公用設(shè)備運(yùn)行中的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)參數(shù)。建立所管理設(shè)備設(shè)施日常維修、點(diǎn)檢、巡查工作計(jì)劃。 ?Responsible for the collection and storage of related process data, technical data and qualification certificate of equipment and facilities. 4.負(fù)責(zé)責(zé)任區(qū)域公用設(shè)備相關(guān)流程資料、技術(shù)資料、合格證的收集和存放工作。 ?Responsible for energy efficiency management of facilities in responsible area. 5.負(fù)責(zé)責(zé)任區(qū)域內(nèi)設(shè)施的能效管理工作。 ?Responsible for environmental safety technical support, education and training of facilities in responsible area. 6.負(fù)責(zé)責(zé)任區(qū)域內(nèi)設(shè)施的環(huán)安技術(shù)支持和教育培訓(xùn)工作。 |

?Bachelor’s degree and above, Major in mechanical manufacturing/Electromechanical integration. 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械制造/機(jī)電一體化專業(yè)。 ?At least 3 years working experience in field maintenance of operations facilities 三年以上工廠運(yùn)營設(shè)施現(xiàn)場維修經(jīng)歷 ?Proficiency in CAD, Office etc. 熟練掌握AutoCAD，Office等軟件。. ?CET4 and above，fluent speaking English. 英語4級以上 ,熟練的英語交流。 ?With Project experience，PMP is better. 有過項(xiàng)目管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn) ，PMP 證書優(yōu)先。 |
