一、 崗位職責(zé) Responsibilities of the position： 1).規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)、任務(wù)和最終結(jié)果，安排和協(xié)調(diào)任務(wù)并分配資源。 Planning project activities, tasks, and end-results, schedule, and coordinating tasks and allocating resources. 2).協(xié)調(diào)整合各部門經(jīng)理、供應(yīng)商、客戶等。 Negotiating with and integrating functional managers, suppliers, users, etc. 3).監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)。 Monitoring project status. 4).目標(biāo)無法完成時(shí)尋找解決方案。 Find solutions when objectives cannot be achieved. 5).負(fù)責(zé)按時(shí)、按質(zhì)、按預(yù)算交付項(xiàng)目。 Responsible for delivery of project on time, on quality and on budget. 6).負(fù)責(zé)推動(dòng)跨職能跨部門的內(nèi)部討論和決策。 Responsible for driving internal discussions and driving decisions across multiple functions and sites. 7).協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部和客戶的項(xiàng)目會(huì)議。 Coordinates project meetings internally and with customers. 8). 協(xié)助向客戶提供關(guān)鍵信息。 Supports delivery of critical communication to customers. 9). 協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目中的資源和時(shí)間表。 Coordinates resources and timelines in projects. 10). 報(bào)告項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)。 Reports Project status. 11).從運(yùn)營中推動(dòng)交付成果，包括優(yōu)先級(jí)和瓶頸識(shí)別，以及提供解決方案。 Drives delivery performance from operations including prioritization and identification of bottlenecks, as well as providing solutions. 12).推動(dòng)工作流程和項(xiàng)目優(yōu)化。 Drives optimization of workflow and process. 13).成本管理能力。 Capability for cost management. 二、 崗位要求 Requirements forthe position 1).機(jī)械、電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)背景， 8年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 Mechanical, electrical background, Over8years working experience. 2).能夠看懂CAD圖紙，具備CAD制圖技能。 Able to read and draw CAD drawings. 3).能夠平衡技術(shù)解決方案與時(shí)間、成本和人力等因素。 Able to balance technical solutions with time, cost, and human factors. 4).能夠識(shí)別問題并找到解決方案。 Able to identify problems and find solutions. 5).能夠很好的協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)和客戶。 Able to well coordinate internal teams and customers 6).能夠完整的理解完整的價(jià)值鏈-市場(chǎng)、設(shè)計(jì)、采購、制造和盈利的內(nèi)容。 Able to understand of full value chain –marketing, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and the concept of profitability. 7).有效且強(qiáng)大的溝通和整合能力 Effective and strong skills for communication and integration. 8).具備強(qiáng)烈的學(xué)習(xí)意愿。 Strong willing to learn. |
