Work at TRUMPF China Laser Application Center (Taicang), serving domestic and international customers. Responsible for laser welding process development, sample prototyping, on-site equipment commissioning and customer training. Master’s degree required (fresh Master’s graduates welcome). Apply data analysis and AI/machine learning techniques for process optimization and quality control. Able to produce structured technical reports and conduct technical communication with customers in both Chinese and English. This role requires strong ownership, system-level thinking, and the ability to work independently in complex industrial environments. 在通快中國激光應用中心(太倉)工作,面向國內外客戶負責激光焊接工藝開發(fā)、樣件打樣、現場設備調試與培訓。崗位要求碩士學歷(可接受應屆畢業(yè)生),需將數據分析與 AI/機器學習等現代技術應用于工藝優(yōu)化與質量控制,能夠撰寫結構化技術報告并進行客戶技術溝通(中/英)。 該崗位需要較強的責任意識與系統思維,能夠在復雜工業(yè)環(huán)境中獨立推進研發(fā)任務。 1. Design and execute laser welding trials based on customer samples and requirements; deliver sample parts along with comprehensive test reports and process proposals. 根據客戶樣品與需求,設計并執(zhí)行激光焊接試驗,產出樣件并形成完整測試報告與工藝方案。 2. Conduct early-stage process development and parameter optimization for new materials, new structures and new processes; establish and maintain a welding parameter database. 開展新材料、新結構及新工藝的前期工藝開發(fā)與參數優(yōu)化,建立并維護焊接參數庫。 3. Provide on-site or remote equipment commissioning, process-parameter migration and ramp-up support after customer equipment delivery (international support may require English communication). 在客戶設備交付后,提供現場或遠程設備調試、工藝參數遷移與量產支持(含海外或跨國客戶支持時以英語溝通)。 4. Support on-site validation and pilot deployment of AI solutions together with R&D engineers, ensuring performance under real production conditions. 與應用研發(fā)工程師協作,支持 AI 方案在真實產線和客戶現場的驗證與試點部署,確保工業(yè)條件下的穩(wěn)定性與可靠性。 5. Apply data analysis tools and collaborate with R&D teams to leverage AI / machine-learning solutions for process optimization and quality control. 將數據分析方法與 AI/機器學習解決方案相結合,并與應用研發(fā)工程師協作,用于工藝優(yōu)化與質量控制。 6. Collaborate with Sales, R&D and Service teams; participate in customer technical reviews and solution proposals. Frequent travel to customer sites as required. 與銷售、研發(fā)、服務等部門協同,參與客戶技術評審與方案制定;根據需要頻繁出差,支持客戶現場工作。 |

Skills & Experience: Prior experience in laser welding or process development preferred. Familiar with CW and pulsed laser welding principles and key process parameters. Knowledge of welding characteristics for stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other common materials. 技能與經驗:有激光焊接或相關工藝開發(fā)經驗者優(yōu)先;熟悉連續(xù)波與脈沖激光焊接原理與主要工藝參數;了解不銹鋼、鋁、銅及其他常見材料的焊接特性。 Laboratory & Inspection: Able to independently set up and run welding trials and analyze macro/micro weld quality and mechanical properties. Familiarity with microscopy, metallographic analysis and basic NDT methods preferred. 實驗與檢測能力:能獨立搭建并執(zhí)行焊接試驗,分析焊縫宏觀/顯微質量與力學性能;熟悉顯微鏡、金相分析及基本無損檢測手段者優(yōu)先。 Data & AI: Experience applying AI/machine learning or machine vision to defect detection, parameter optimization or predictive maintenance preferred. Proficient in data analysis and statistics; experience with Python, MATLAB, ANSYS or similar tools is a plus. 數據與 AI 能力:有將 AI/機器學習或機器視覺應用于缺陷檢測、參數優(yōu)化或預測性維護的項目經驗者優(yōu)先;掌握數據分析與統計方法,能使用 Python、MATLAB、ANSYS 等工具進行數據處理優(yōu)先。 Reporting & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce structured technical reports and conduct customer technical communication in Chinese and English. 報告與溝通:具備較強的書面與口頭表達能力,能撰寫結構化技術報告并進行客戶技術溝通(中/英文)。 Experience with IP application 有專利申請經驗者優(yōu)先 |
