| 工作描述： |
1. Mold and Equipment Inspection/模具與設(shè)備檢查 1.1負(fù)責(zé)模具上模，確保模具與設(shè)備（如注塑機(jī)、沖床）定位精準(zhǔn)，連接牢固。安裝過程中檢查模具與設(shè)備的匹配性（如鎖模力、行程是否適配），發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時反饋。Responsible for mounting the mold, ensuring positioning and secure connection between the mold and equipment (such as injection molding machines, punching presses). Check the compatibility during the installation process (e.g., whether cl force, stroke are matched), and promptly feedback any issues found. 1.2核對模具型號，檢查模具安裝是否牢固（如吊環(huán)、定位銷是否到位），水路、油路連接是否正常，避免生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)漏水、漏油等問題；Check the mold model, ensure the mold is firmly installed (e.g., whether rings, locating pins are in place), whether the water and oil circuits are connected normally, and avoid problems such as water leakage and oil leakage during production; 1.3檢查注塑機(jī)狀態(tài)：包括料筒清潔度（防止不同原料混色）、螺桿磨損情況、鎖模力是否匹配模具尺寸，確保設(shè)備符合生產(chǎn)條件。the status of the injection molding machine: including the cleanliness of the barrel (to prevent color mixing of different raw materials), the wear condition of the screw, whether theamping force matches the mold size, and ensure that the equipment meets the production conditions. 2. Process Import and Start-up Confirmation/工藝導(dǎo)入與開機(jī)確認(rèn) 2.1調(diào)用設(shè)備存儲的程序和參數(shù)并根據(jù)工藝參數(shù)表進(jìn)行工藝點(diǎn)檢，開機(jī)后確保首件符合產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（無缺膠、飛邊、氣泡、縮水等缺陷）并通知質(zhì)量人員進(jìn)行首件檢測；Call the program parameters stored in the equipment according to the process parameter table and perform process point inspection, and after starting the machine, ensure that the first piece meets the product quality standards (no lack glue, flash, bubbles, shrinkage, etc.) and notify the quality personnel to carry out the first piece inspection; 3. Production Process Monitoring and Operation/生產(chǎn)過程監(jiān)控與操作 3.1每2H/次檢查產(chǎn)品外觀(飛邊，燒焦，油污，磕碰傷，內(nèi)孔拉毛和堵塞等)；Check the appearance of the product every 2H/time (flash, scorch, oil stain, impact damage, inner hole burrs and blockages, etc.) 3.2核對原料牌號、批次，確保與工藝參數(shù)表一致；Check the raw material brand and batch number, and ensure consistency with the process parameter table; 3.3發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量異?；蛟O(shè)備異常及時上報(bào)班長，并協(xié)助質(zhì)量或維修人員排查問題 ；If product quality anomalies or equipment anomalies are found, promptly to the team leader, and assist quality or maintenance personnel in troubleshooting; 4. Data Recording and Reporting/數(shù)據(jù)記錄與匯報(bào) 4.1向注塑班長匯報(bào)當(dāng)日生產(chǎn)情況、存在問題（如質(zhì)量異常、設(shè)備故障）及改進(jìn)建議；Report the production situation, existing problems (such as anomalies, equipment faults) and improvement suggestions to the injection molding team leader on the same day; |
