As the field service engineer, to make sure the filed task be implemented successfully and reach customer satisfaction.作為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)工程師,確?，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)，保證客戶滿意。 1. Follow customer service code of conduct and taken service task be asigned in service process; 遵守客戶服務(wù)的行為準(zhǔn)則，執(zhí)行服務(wù)流程里安排的任務(wù)。 2. Mainly responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of TRUMPF solid state lasers, possible rebuild laser sources at customer site. 主要負(fù)責(zé)客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的激光器安裝、維修和保養(yǎng)工作，以及光源的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)重建； 3. Responsible for the creative and successful solution to support the customer application and production.能夠以創(chuàng)新和成功的解決方案來支持客戶的應(yīng)用和生產(chǎn)。 4. Responsible for the field instruction of customers in the latest technology of solid state lasers.對(duì)客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)新的固體激光技術(shù)。 5. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要，完成直屬經(jīng)理安排的其它工作. |

Requirements: 1. Field service on laser technique or laser application with laser welding/cutting/marking/micro processing. 有激光器售后服務(wù)或者激光焊接/切割/打標(biāo)/微加工應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先. 2. Experience with operate laser detection and measurement equipment.熟悉光學(xué)檢測(cè)儀器和光學(xué)測(cè)量儀器的使用。 3. Familiar with industry system integration and control. 熟悉工業(yè)系統(tǒng)的集成和控制。 4. Good Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel..) and communication skills.良好的辦公軟件技能及溝通能力. 5. Be adapted to frequent business travel with irregular base is a must能夠適應(yīng)必須的不規(guī)則的商務(wù)差旅. 6. Be able to handle the everyday new and changing requirements from customer. Be adapted to irregular over time work together with customer urgent need. 能夠處理來自客戶新的和不斷變化的要求，在客戶緊急需求下能夠適應(yīng)不規(guī)則的加班. 7. Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal-driven抗壓能力強(qiáng)，具有強(qiáng)大的自我激勵(lì)和目標(biāo)驅(qū)動(dòng)意識(shí). 8. Be customer-oriented, interested in challenges; 客戶導(dǎo)向，樂于接受挑戰(zhàn)； Languages: 1. Chinese native speaker. 中文（普通話）作為母語. 2. English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英語可以成功運(yùn)用在日常的工作環(huán)境下（包含聽說讀寫方面）. 3. German is a plus.會(huì)德語者更佳. |
