主要職責(zé)： Be able to independently complete the commissioning of production line machine tools, solve various problems encountered in the commissioning process, and be customer-oriented to complete the commissioning of machine tools on time. 能獨(dú)立完成產(chǎn)線機(jī)床的調(diào)試工作，且能解決調(diào)試過程中遇到的各類問題并以客戶為導(dǎo)向，按時(shí)完成機(jī)床調(diào)試工作。 Be Responsible for the start up and commissioning of the machine, solve the problems during the testing independently 負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)床的調(diào)試，并且能夠獨(dú)立解決調(diào)試過程中的問題 Comply with the safety standards and quality control system standard strictly 嚴(yán)格遵守生產(chǎn)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及質(zhì)量控制系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Implement the production planning, be willing to work over time if necessary 按照生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃完成生產(chǎn)工作,可接受公司必要的加班 Be able to independently communicate with foreign engineers and assist them in remotely problem-solving during production commissioning. 能獨(dú)立和國(guó)外工程師溝通，協(xié)助國(guó)外工程師遠(yuǎn)程解決生產(chǎn)調(diào)試過程中遇到的問題。 Responsible for preparing and maintaining process-related technical documents, inspection procedures, and quality standards; developing training materials and skill assessment criteria; and providing process training to operators. 負(fù)責(zé)編寫與維護(hù)工藝相關(guān)的技術(shù)文件、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)范與質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，編制培訓(xùn)資料與技能考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并對(duì)操作人員進(jìn)行工藝培訓(xùn)。 Be Responsible for the assembly of the machine mechanical system 負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)床的機(jī)械裝配 Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要，完成直屬經(jīng)理安排的其它工作. 崗位要求： Bachelor degree本科學(xué)歷 Major in electrical engineering, Automation, or mechatronics 電氣工程、自動(dòng)化或機(jī)電一體化專業(yè) Solid basics on related subjects such as electrical or mechanical, hydraulic knowledge; 對(duì)相關(guān)知識(shí)，如電氣、機(jī)械、液壓方面有鞏固的基本知識(shí) Familiar with mechanical or electrical or hydraulic or Siemens 840D/sinumerik one control fundamentals; 熟悉電氣、機(jī)械、液壓或西門子840D/sinumerik one控制系統(tǒng) Familiar with the basic principle and application of ASI bus system and IO-LINK communication protocol 熟悉ASI總線系統(tǒng)和IO-LINK通訊協(xié)議的基本原理和實(shí)際應(yīng)用 CET-4 certificate, strong English reading comprehension and written skill, good spoken English. 英語四級(jí)，要求有很強(qiáng)的英語閱讀理解能力和書寫能力，口語流利。 |
