As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions at TRUMPF China. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract high-quality talent across manufacturing, engineering, sales and corporate functions, while continuously enhancing candidate experience and recruitment efficiency. Requirement: ? 招聘全流程管理End-to-End Recruitment 1、負責招聘全流程,包括需求澄清、人才尋訪、簡歷篩選、面試安排、Offer溝通及入職跟進Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition intake to onboarding 2、與用人經(jīng)理深入溝通,明確崗位畫像、關鍵能力和評估招聘優(yōu)先級Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profile 3、確保招聘流程符合公司政策及相關合規(guī)要求Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local regulations ? 人才搜尋與渠道管理 Talent Sourcing & Channels 1、通過招聘網(wǎng)站、內(nèi)推、校招等渠道進行人才搜尋Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and campus recruitment 2、持續(xù)評估和優(yōu)化招聘渠道,提高招聘精準度和效率Continuously optimize sourcing strategies and channel effectiveness 3、建立并維護人才庫,支持中長期人才儲備Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles ? 面試與候選人體驗 Interview & Candidate Experience ? 數(shù)據(jù)與流程優(yōu)化 | Data & Process Improvement 1、跟蹤并分析招聘數(shù)據(jù),如招聘周期、渠道效果、Offer接受率等Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, etc.) 2、參與招聘流程、系統(tǒng)或工具的持續(xù)優(yōu)化Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools 3、支持項目型工作Support projects related work |
